PROBLEM
Sid Lee wanted to be able to reach C-Suite decision makers of the professional service's industry in the specific target markets (Toronto, New York, London & Berlin).

Sid Lee's goal was to devise a plan to help their business development team in the following 3 missions.
  1. Create a strong pipeline of sales for 2 different regions (North America and Europe)
  2. Increase brand awareness in this new segment market
  3. Automate sales cadence to help their business development team save tim and focus on closing deals
SOLUTION
Sid Lee was able to increase the number of monthly meetings, outperform the previous tools the BDR were using and add $500,000 to their pipeline in an untested market.
